Economy Form for concrete bottom anchors.  18x18x8 will be about 225 pounds.  16x16x8 will be about 175 pounds.  This may not be pretty but works if you keep a reasonably dry mix.  If you order the 18x18x8 boxes fromwww.uline.com, you can leave the top flaps on and folded out.  They will keep the top square and straight.  FYI -- if you call Uline and order and talk nice, they will send you 26 boxes instead of 25.
